Ludacris Sued For Allegedly Stealing “Sex Room”

Ludacris has been hit with a lawsuit over allegedly stolen lyrics.

TMZ reports that Chicago rapper Marvo is now suing the Atlanta rhymeslinger over his 2009 song "Sex Room" with Trey Songz. Marvo claims that Luda stole the original idea and many of the lyrics to the song from an earlier recording.

The suits continues with the plaintiff alleging that the track's producer Kajun sold the song to Luda without Marvo's knowledge. Now, the Chi-Towner is suing both Luda and Trey for an unspecified amount.
