Jay-Z may be close to landing another superstar athlete on the budding roster of his Roc Nation Sports agency. According to sources close to ESPN's Darren Rovell, the Oklahoma Thunder's Kevin Durant will soon ink a deal with the rap mogul. Durant, a four-time NBA all-star, recently cut ties with his former agency Landmark Sports and expressed with them his desire to join up with Jigga's new brand. According to Rovell, a snag in the deal could come up concerning Jay-Z's small stake in the Brooklyn Nets. Owners are not allowed to have ties with agents, and though he is reportedly shopping his shares, Hov still owns a tiny chunk of the team, as of yesterday.

Jay-Z is still under investigation from the NFLPA over possible violations in the signing of former West Virginia University quarterback, Geno Smith. His agency has already acquired Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano and WNBA rookie, Skylar Diggins.
