Jay-Z and his Rocawear clothing brand have come under scrutiny, with the New York Post reporting today that the company is being sued by wholesaler iSource NYC. The lawsuit alleges that Rocawear failed to pay the balance on a $1 million order and still owes the company $450,000.

Apparently, the clothing company requested specialized gear with the Rocawear brand printed on it, which was manufactured in Pakistan and then shipped overseas to the States last summer. The debt is still outstanding, and iSource NYC is now suing for $450,000 plus a nine percent interest rate due to the extended timeframe.

Last summer, Jay was starring in a series of commercials for Rocawear, including the "Marcy to Barclays" commercial embedded below, with the company also signing a partnership deal with the New York Yankees.
