Watch Diddy’s Funny Or Die Skit “Downton Diddy”

It looks like Diddy played a joke on the Twitter sphere with yesterday's announcement.

Yesterday, the Bad Boy mogul Tweeted out that he had been cast as a series regular in the television show Downton Abbey. However, when he released a sneak peek video of his guest role, it linked to a parody video from Funny Or Die called "Downton Diddy."

"Hello everyone, this is Sean Combs coming to you live from my office with some very, very, very exciting news about my favorite show of all time, Downton Abbey," the video begins. "Yes, I am an Abbey head, proudly...last week, it was reported that they have casted the first Black cast member on Downton Abbey. The only problem with this is I already broke down that barrier I'm making the announcement that I'm the first Black cast member on Downton Abbey, whatever the fuck it's called, and I've got the scenes to prove it. "
