It has been a rough weekend for Mister Cee. Last Friday, reports say the Hot 97 DJ was arrested for allegedly soliciting a male prostitute. Now, in attempts to clear his name from the accusations, he went on Hot 97 this morning to address concerns of his sexuality.

“I am not gay,” Mister Cee told Hot 97 program director Ebro Darden. He continued to speak on the backlash and reports in a nearly one-hour interview.

According to Cee, the entire situation was a “sting operation.” When he pulled over to take a phone call while in Brooklyn, he says he was approached by an undercover female police officer. She offered sex, in which he declined the offer. "They tried to turn it around and say the female officer was a male officer. It was a sting operation,” he said.

Cee stuck to his words of denying any gay rumors: "If I'm lying and I chose not to come out, that's my choice." He claimed he has never participated in homosexual activity. He even revealed that he is seeking counseling for his prostitution addiction since his first arrest.

On the show, he proposed to take time off from radio for a while. He wants to “suspend” himself until further notice.
