Cash Money Content Releasing Big Meech’s ’48 Laws Of The Street’
Slim and Baby’s Cash Money Records has continued to expand and thrive in markets outside of music, recently teaming with Atria Books in a joint venture to release urban entertainment and literature via Cash Money Content. After releasing an urban novel by author Wahida Clark, CMC is gearing up for a June 4th release of Paparazzi Princesses, a YA novel penned by Reginae Carter (Lil Wayne’s daughter) and Bria Williams (Baby’s daughter).
The brand’s most interesting project to date, however, is likely to be the one announced a few hours ago—a 48 Laws Of Power-esque self-help book titled 48 Laws Of The Street: The Blueprint, written by none other than former BMF kingkpin Big Meech. While Meech is currently serving a 30-year sentence for his role in BMF and an additional 20 years for money laundering, the book, which is being co-authored by New York Times bestselling author Jaquavis Coleman, is set to be released in early 2014.
