Wiz Khalifa’s Million Dollar Lawsuit Against Concert Promotion Company Thrown Out

Wiz Khalifa is probably not happy about his one million dollar lawsuit being thrown out.

TMZ reports Khalifa sued It’s My Party, Inc for cancelling his performance at George Mason University. He wanted $1 million because he felt the show damaged his reputation, even though the concert promotion company promised him $85,000.

It’s My Party says Khalifa never put anything on paper, so the suit was thrown out. Consider this a lesson learned for the “Black & Yellow” rapper: get everything in writing.
