New Details Say Rick Ross Was Shot At From Nearby Car
Two eye witnesses in a new police report have revealed more details on the attempted shooting of Rick Ross back in January 28.
The Fort Lauderdale police report released on Thursday says witnesses saw three or four people in “an older model, burgundy- or maroon-colored BMW,” before shots were fired from their passenger side window. The report says neither Ross nor his girlfriend, Shateria L. Moragne-el, were injured.
As previously reported, Ross was armed at the time, but he did not draw his gun.
Ross and Moragne-el had just returned from having breakfast after celebrating the rapper’s 37th birthday. Police are reviewing 20 surveillance camera footage in the area for clues that won’t be made public yet.
