It looks like Jay-Z may be switching his sports focus from basketball to baseball as the rap mogul recently applied with the Major League Baseball Players Association to become a baseball agent. The MLBPA recently confirmed that Hov’s application to be certified was received on Thursday (April 11), according to a report by USA Today. Jay even touched on the topic in his latest track, "Open Letter." Last week, he partnered his Roc Nation Sports Agency with Creative Artists Agency Sports, and made New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano the first client.
