The owners of W.i.P. are keeping a firm stance on who should be paying who in their pending lawsuits. If you remember, Chris Brown and Drake instigated a brawl at the nightclub that had several people involved in June 2012.

Tony Parker, who is the point guard for the San Antonio Spurs, filed a $20 lawsuit for the injuries he sustained that night. He suffered injuries to his cornea—or more specifically—lacerations.

The owners of the Manhattan hot spot filed documents last week in New York saying that Parker should be suing Brown and Drake. They claim that they are the ones who "contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged" in the heated exchange.

Although the case is still pending, the club wants Brown and Drake to pay Parker for all the damages he is seeking.
