Wyclef Jean Announces New Mixtape “April Showers”

Wyclef Jean just announced earlier today that he would be releasing a new mixtape, April Showers, dropping sometime in spring.

HipHopDX reports that the project will feature plenty of hip-hop guests, including 2 Chainz, T.I., Waka Flocka Flame, Trae Tha Truth and Uncle Murda.

After releasing “Hip-Hop” a few weeks ago, ‘Clef says the reaction was good that he wanted to put out more.

"The reaction I've been getting from the song 'Hip Hop' has made me realize just how badly the fans want music that can evoke certain types of emotion,” he said. “With April Showers, I am going to show you where I feel the evolution and future of music is going. From this body of work you can expect a futuristic sonic eclectic sound.”
