Lil Wayne Settles Out Of Court Over Missed 2008 Bahamas Concert

There will be one less day in court for Lil Wayne as the rap star has settled with a promotion company over a concert he missed in the Bahamas back in 2008.

Red City Entertainment sued Weezy for $432,000 in July 2009 claiming the "No Worries" rapper got pissy drunk and slept through a scheduled performance. Wayne claimed sobriety in the situation and said, to his knowledge, the concert was cancelled due to some reason he could not remember.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Red City and Wayne recently reached an agreement out of court for an undisclosed amount and the case was dismissed last month.
