Frank Ocean Isn’t Going to Press Charges Against Chris Brown

Frank Ocean seems to have a change of heart. After a recent scuffle with Chris Brown at a West Hollywood recording studio, reports were made that Ocean would press charges. But earlier this afternoon, he posted on his Tumblr that he has decided to choose forgiveness over a legal battle with Brown.

As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man But as a man I am not a killer. I'm an artist and a modern person. I'll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace.

Aside from him addressing this big issue, you can expect the R&B singer to perform on February 10 at the Grammy Awards.
