When they say it’s not based on Riff Raff they are talking about the fact that the character id not based on Riff Raff. But the appearance of the character is a different question all together.

Riff Raff is not as gangster or done anything close to or at all like Franco’s character in the film.

Therefore the “character” is not based on Riff Raff. The appearance however is a different cookie all together.

LOL at RifF Raff’s Comments though. That’s so true… And if they didn’t want Riff to be apart of the publicity of this film, the director of the movie as well as the actors in it would not be associating themselves with Riff Raff for any reason.
