Kendrick Lamar's "Swimming Pools (Drank)" Certified Platinum

Kendrick Lamar continues to land more achievements for his debut album, good kid, m.A.A.d. city. After the album went gold, K.Dot’s second single, “Swimming Pools (Drank),” is certified platinum.

The track was released in July 2012 in promotion for good kid. Kendrick’s single landed on our 30 2012 Songs That Stay On Repeat list.

“Swimming Pools” topped both charts in the States and overseas. The song also has an official remix that features Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and Jay Rock.
