Chris Brown could be jeopardizing his probation on a previous assault conviction if Frank Orean wants to press charges. In a new development reported by TMZ, Brown wants to tell the police everything, claiming he didn’t do anything wrong.

Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, has contacted authorities at the LAPD. Geragos says Brown is ready to come forth and explain how it happened, even obtaining surveillance video of the fight to show he didn’t throw a punch.

At the same time, the video also shows Ocean not throwing a punch either, which doesn’t solve who started it in the first place. It actually means that the fight could have been between the two crews instead.

Although witnesses say that Brown started the fight, his account is vastly different. Only time will tell if this incident will affect his probation in any way.
