Young Jeezy, "Get Right," Its Tha World (2012)

["Get Right"] was actually made for Jeezy, the night after I worked with him. That was the next beat I did, but he didn't end up getting it until like two months later. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to make. Coming up with the beat don't really take that long for me but the mixing process is pretty intricate and consumes a lot of time. That was a pretty simple beat; it didn't have too much in it."

"[As for] catering to Jeezy's sound, I've been a big Jeezy fan for a minute, so when it came to making a track for him, I understood and kind of got a feeling. I just added a little of my flavor and my own twist to it."
  • Meek Mill, "In God We Trust," Dreams & Nightmares (2012)

So I did that joint, sat on it for a while, and it ended up being on his album. That was a pretty simple beat too, there's not much in it."

"Kenoe took that beat right to him. They got a close relationship with Meek, so it was an easy exchange for them. He played it for me on the phone after they did it and it was like three days before he turned his album in. Me, I wasn't trying to get my hopes up but I was just waiting and hoping that [the record] made the album and then the track list came out [laughs]."

Game ft. Meek Mill, "Scared Now," Jesus Piece (2012)

The first week when I went and played the tracks, when I came back that week, I think the BET Awards was over there that weekend. We was out in L.A. and I guess he did a bunch of songs with Game, and when we came back, they were like, "Yo, we got a classic on one of your joints," and it was him and Game. That was the first record to get done; Game and his peoples liked that beat so much that they wanted me to send some stuff out there to him, and that's how that came about."

"I was up here at school when I sent it out. When I first did that beat, I didn't really like it. I sat on it for like a week and change before I bounced it. Chopping the sample and getting it to the right mixing process was pretty extensive, but I make a lot of records and this was along the same process."

Game ft. 2 Chainz & Rick Ross, "Ali Bomaye," Jesus Piece (2012)

I made that with a few rappers in mind, like Meek Mill. A few of them wanted the beat and even offered X amount of money for it, but I just didn't want to; I wanted somebody major to get on it."

I remember my mans hit me, he was in the studio with French, and he was like, "I'm on the tour bus with French and he's here playing your beats." I'm like, What the fuck? I knew he had the records 'cause I have a connect in New York who pretty much set that up for me. I used the Kingdom Hearts sample on that record.”
