No one will be hit with criminal charges in the June brawl between camps from Drake and Chris Brown, which left Breezy with an open gash on his chin. There is simply not enough evidence. According to reports by TMZ, authorities concluded the investigation after on-site interviews proved to be inconclusive and the club’s surveillance video weren’t clear enough to identify anyone in the melee.

As previously reported, on June 14, Drake and Chris Brown were partying with their respective entourages at NYC’s club WIP when Brown reportedly attempted to approach Drake and a bottle was thrown setting off a huge brawl. Brown received a cut on the chin, while NBA point guard Tony Parker, who was also in attendance, claims he received eye injuries and is currently suing the club for $2O million.
