Psy, whose hit "Gangnam Style" has caused a massive stir across the globe, continues to make noise and break records. The song, which the video has become the most liked YouTube upload of all time, was recently performed by Psy in his hometown of Seoul, South Korea. The result? The eccentric performer shuts it down in front of nearly 80,000 people in front of Seoul's city hall.
