Cee Lo Accused of Sexual Battery

Yesterday, Cee Lo dropped his Christmas album, Cee Lo's Magic Moment, but it hasn't been strictly a good week for the multi-talented performer. TMZ is reporting that the Atlanta native is being investigated for sexual battery. Sources say that the LAPD has visited a restaurant in Los Angeles and questioned employees, though the investigation is in its very early stages.

"Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else," the judge of The Voice told TMZ.
