Terrence Jenkins continues to excel in his career. The E! Network has officially announced that the 30-year-old TV personality/actor will be replacing Ryan Seacrest on E! News. Terrence has been co-hosting popular BET countdown show 106 & Park alongside Rocsi Diaz for the past six years. He will now be joining E! fixture Giuliana Rancic as co-anchor of E! News beginning November 12th. In addition to hosting the entertainment news segment, Jenkins will also cover personality profiles as well as reporting.

President of Network Strategy and E! News, Cyndi McClellan, spoke on Terrence joining the E! team. "Having Giuliana and Terrence for the weeknight program, and Jason and Catt for weekends, gives us a quartet of skilled, popular broadcast journalists and will give viewers a fun, fresh look at pop culture news," she stated.

Terrence Jenkins, who went by Terrence J. on BET's 106 & Park, previously made appearances on E! Network's reality program Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami, a spin-off series of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. In addition, he co-hosted Khloé After Dark with Khloé on Miami's radio station Y100. Jenkins also took on several acting roles, including his portrayal of Danté Young in the hit BET comedy-drama series The Game. Most recently, he was in Think Like a Man, and Sparkle alongside the late Whitney Houston. He'll also partake in the upcoming b-boy film Battle of the Year next to Chris Brown. —XXL Staff (@XXL)
