Jay Electronica, the celebrated rapper from New Orleans, who was in the midst of a tug of war between Jay-Z's Roc Nation and Diddy's Bad Boy Entertainment several years back, has finally unveiled a tracklist for his highly anticipated debut album, Act 2: Patents of Nobility (The Turn). It's already been three years since the release of his beloved "Exhibit C." Lately, Jay Elec has gotten more coverage for his affairs with Kate Goldsmith than his music. Though recently XXL track his progress since inking with Hov, but it's still hard to imagine what the elusive MC does on a day to day.
