Upon first glance, one can easily mistake Flo Rida for a World Wrestling Entertainment superstar. In fact, the hulking, pop-friendly Miami rapper did measure up to the Rock during at an appearance at Wrestlemania XXVIII back in April.

Having said that, Flo plans on putting his chiseled physique to good use in the form of a workout DVD.

"I'm definitely going to do that,” Flo confirmed to Billboard.com recently. “I have quite a workout regimen. I’ve always been about fitness and my fans can definitely appreciate that.”

He added that his regimen “will definitely be flexible,” spelling it’s one that someone can do from the comfort of his or her home, just as easily as the gym.

If Flo’s proposed workout DVD sees fruition, he certainly won’t be the first rapper to go the fitness route.

Last year, Lil Cease collaborated with XXLMag.com for his Lil Cease: Hardbody TV webisode series, documenting different methods and exercises to get and stay in shape.

Back in December 2006, LL Cool J dropped, LL Cool J’s Platinum Workout instructional book with personal trainer Dave “Scooter” Honig. The book documented and laid out LL’s complete training regimen and included a full meal plan as well.

Before that, back in November 2004, Nelly shared his workout tips and routine with Men’s Health Magazine.

As of press time, there’s no exact timetable for when Flo Rida’s workout DVD will hit stores.—Jakinder Singh
