I mean, I love G Rap, but when did he last drop a great album? 4,5,6? Roots of Evil? Those mid- to late 90′s joints were good, but classics? Any veteran worth his salt can spit 16 good bars on a guest appearance, but making a truly good album is much more than that, it’s composing a coherent work of art. On that front, there aren’t too many who can fuck with Nas, although I’m the first to admit that he did slip after God’s Son.
