Word Is Bond: XXL and Hot 97 Throwing 90’s Party at SOB’s in NYC on Wednesday Night

There will never be another time period like the 90’s. From the rappers to the fashion to the slang, the decade will always be remembered, its place cemented in hip-hop history forever.

That’s why XXL is teaming up with New York City’s Hot 97 and Corona Extra to throw the, Word Is Bond: The 90’s Party at NYC’s legendary SOB’s nightclub on Wednesday night (June 27) at 9:30 p.m.

Hosted by Cipha Sounds and Peter Rosenberg of Hot 97’s morning show, the station’s DJs such as Enuff, Mister Cee and Funkmaster Flex will all help XXL celebrate the era by paying tribute to the best hip-hop of the 90’s all night.

SOB’s is on 204 Varick Street at West Houston Street. Doors open at 9:30 p.m. Must be 21 and over to attend. Come fly or don’t come at all. Word is bond!—XXL Staff
