Can Finesse sue? I thought as long as artists werent selling the music which used the sample, artist were free to sample all they wanted……

This is a very interesting story if you take time to think about it.
We’ve all become used to artist utilizing other artist beats for “freestyles”/mixtapes and mixtapes have become accepted as non commercial products.

But

There is no denying that Mac’s utilizing Finesse’s beat (without his permission) has had a major influence on Miller’s success and notoriety (24 million views? wow)

I would be nice to see Finesse get cut a (waaaaaaaaayyyyyy smaller that 10 mil) check, but the implications of this lawsuit if its not dismissed could effect we’re used to getting our music.

Boaz is garbage compared to most PGH artists…. Just a few months ago I googled “Pittsburgh Rapper” and S. Money and Zio popped up. I think those two are way better than Boaz. S, Money and Zio also dissed Wiz so…. Its a controversial, however Boaz stole the name of Zio’s mixtape called “The Tranzition” which shows lack of creativity. I think in the overall top Pittsburgh rappers…
