E-40’s The Block Brochure: Welcome to the Soil 1, 2 & 3 Album Release Party [Photos]

Echoing Soundz and the Hollywood Alliance produced the Official Hollywood 3 X Album Release Party for Bay Area SuperStar E-40. The event also celebrated the success of his smash hit single "Function" off the 3-CD project titled The Block Brochure: Welcome to the Soil 1, 2 & 3. The star-studded
