Obie Trice to Head Out on 20-Date Canadian Tour

Following the release of his third album, Bottoms Up, last week, Obie Trice is set to head out on a Canadian tour. Check out the press release and tour dates below.

Rapper Obie Trice, who just celebrated the release of his third studio album Bottoms Up, will be embarking on a Canadian tour starting June 7, 2012. The tour will begin in Canada with plans to tour the United States directly following.

The tour will give Trice fans the opportunity to hear his new release live as well as experience some of their old favorites. Trice just finished a tour of Australia in February with Kid Cudi, D12 and Tech N9ne, however, this will be the first opportunity North Americans get to hear the new material from Bottoms Up live.

Bottoms Up was released April 3rd, 2012 to critical acclaim. It received 3 out of 4 stars in USA Today who said it was, “one worth toasting.” The album represents Trice’s long awaited comeback and boasts production credits from Dr. Dre and Eminem. It also features the Trice and Eminem collaboration “Richard” which is being called, “one of the best hip hop tracks of 2012 so far.” (thisbeatgoeson)
