Jermaine Dupri's Lamborghini is causing him some major issues again.

According to TMZ, not only was the $330,000 car repossessed recently, now the financial company that loan him the cash to pay for it is claiming the producer still owes them $80,000 for the car.

Premier Financial Services filed new legal documents in Georgia Supreme Court claiming JD, who financed the 2005 Murcielago in 2006, agreed to make 58 monthly payments of $4,323. But, after dropping $70,000 up front he stopped making payments in 2009.

As a result, PFS repossessed the car and sold it for $115,000, coughing up $79,095, and now suing Jermaine for their losses.
