Amy Harris, the photographer who says she got smacked in the face by Odd Future member Left Brain on Sunday (October 30) during a concert says she's considering pressing charges.

According to Fishbowl LA, Harris wasn't initially planning on doing so but was prompted to after Brain, born Vyron Turner, issued a statement denying the assault ever happened.

Harris released her own statement, stating that "after he so publicly attacked me, I truly believed that an apology would be immediately forthcoming" and that "the unexpected turn of events, including an attack by Odd Future on my credibility and motives for discussing the incident, have caused me to re-evaluate my initial decision."

Harris goes on to say she's contacted an attorney and is looking into the legal options available for consideration. "At a minimum, I am seeking a public apology from Vyron Turner," she added. "Ultimately, I want a resolution in which Turner is held accountable for his actions."
