Drake’s sophomore album, Take Care, continues its ride in the overall top five of the Billboard 200 album charts.

After being the No. 1 album last week, Drizzy’s follow-up disc falls three spots to No. 4,  remaining the top-selling rap album with 172,800 units sold in its second week, according to today’s Nielsen SoundScan report.

Drizzy is not the only one in the YMCMB crew getting love this week; Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV moved up 10 spots to No. 15. In its 13th week, CIV brought in 59,200 in sales, bringing its count to 1,752,400.

Debuting this week was Yelawolf’s Radioactive, which landed at No. 27 position. The 2011 XXL Freshman’s album was picked up 40,700 times.

Watch the Throne by Jay-Z & Kanye West moved up one spot, from No. 31 to No. 30, this week. WTT’s tally now stands at 1,103,900 after 16 weeks and selling 34,100 this sales cycle.—Christopher Minaya
