Fans are going to have to wait another month to hear Common’s ninth solo studio album, The Dreamer, The Believer.

Common took to Twitter yesterday (October 19) following an album listening session in New York to reveal the news. “We had to move back a bit,” he wrote. “Just a lil bit.”

Originally scheduled to come out on November 22, the album, Com’s first since signing with Warner Bros., is expected to drop sometime in December.

The Chicago rap vet recently dropped his latest single, “Blue Sky,” the follow up to his collabo with Nas, “Ghetto Dreams.” Other features on the album include John Legend and a singer named Makeba. The Dreamer, The Believer was produced entirely by NO I.D.
