Gucci Mane Denied Early Release From Jail, Hit With Lawsuit in Battery Case

The bad news keeps coming for Gucci Mane.

The Atlanta rapper was hit with a double dose of it last Friday (October 29), when he was denied a reduction of jail time for a battery charge he picked up earlier this year. In addition, Gooch found out he was being hit with a civil suit by the woman he admitted to striking, as reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The latest blow comes after GM was sentenced to six months in prison on September 13, after pleading guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct and one of disorderly conduct.

As previously reported, according to a police report, when a 36-year-old woman refused Gucci’s $150 offer to go to a hotel this past January, the Bricksquad rapper shoved her out of his moving vehicle.
