Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf were in top form on Saturday night (September 17), performing for an invite only crowd, at New York City's Brisk Bodega.

The event took place after the opening of the Shady Records pop-up museum, which housed important memorabilia chronicling the history of Eminem's label.

Yelawolf kicked off the festivities  shortly after 9 p.m., wearing a titled grey sock hat, black pants and a black loose button-up. The Gadsden, Alabama rapper then began reciting a slew of songs from his breakout 2010 mixtape, Trunk Muzik including such crowd pleasers as “Good to Go,” “Pop the Trunk,” and “Trunk Muzik,” interspersed with new material, like “No Hands,” and “Hard White (Up in the Club),” the first single from his upcoming debut album, Radioactive, out October 25.

Yela stepped down after his 45-minute set, and Slaughterhouse member Royce da 5’9’’ walked up, reciting “we a outfit, equivalent to Voltron’s,” before being joined by groupmates Joell Ortiz, Crooked I and Joe Budden, as the four lyricists ran through “Sound Off,” the opening track to their self-titled debut LP.

The Slaughter then performed tracks such as “Microphone,” and crowd favorite “The One.” Royce, Ortiz, Budden and Crooked I vibed effortlessly on the stage, never appearing clumsy on cluttered, despite the small space.

As their set concluded, SH called down label-mate Yelawolf, and the five performed their cut “Shady 2.0,” sans Eminem, bringing the hour and a half concert to a close.
