J. Cole was actually developed as an artist before being allowed to put out an album… Is this some kind of new strategy?…No, it’s how things used to be…It’s how things should be….Artists should be developed as artists and not teammates(co-signs of other artists).

Cole World is one of the few albums that I could listen to the whole album and not dislike a track. Modern day classic right here. He should make Never Told and Cole World singles next. COLE WORLD !

All the johney come lately jcole fans, this is a one day projection hope he does do that, but I see a drop off after tommorow, TRUE fans got it out the gate but with zero radio play and no single worth mentioning I don’t see a quater of a million in 1 week for gay cole. Fuck out of here

Maybe that most song will pick up steam :/

tha album is hot…..my only complaint is there shoulda been more NEW music…..if you were gonna put 3-4 tracks that already hit the streets, at least give us 12 new tracks

This is a good win for J. Cole, but it’s a much bigger win for JAY-Z. With all of the fall out from disbanding The Roc, this was his first artist out of the gate. He had a lot riding on dude. Looks like he came through.

On another note, I like J. Cole. The thing I REALLY REALLY like is the fact that he produces his music. That’s rare. Looks like Jigga learned from Dame on this one. Producer/rappers are probably better than your every day artist. Fiscally.

I dont know if the label shipped as many as it should. Few stores I been too sold out and said they didnt get many. 2 Best Buys and a mom and pop joint. Roc Nation Shortted him. Hope he does well.
