“I say a Big verse, I'm only biggin' up my brother,” Jay-Z kicked on <em>The Black Album</em>'s “What More Can I Say,” justifying his penchant for borrowing bars originally crafted by The Notorious B.I.G. It seems like his Roc Nation signees enjoy paying similar homage to Jigga Man himself. In their brief careers, both J. Cole and Jay Electronica have swagger jacked their boss's lyrics on a handful of occasions. Most recently, on his much anticipated collaboration with Hov, “Mr. Nice Watch,” J. Cole borrowed a short phrase from Mr. Carter. Similarly, Jay Elec kicked his off his verse on “Act II (Rough Demo),” also leaked last week, with some bars from the other Jay. On the heels of those releases, <em>XXL</em> brings its monthly magazine column Swagger Jacker online for the Roc Nation edition.
