The single, “Work Out” finds the 2010 <em>XXL</em> Freshman riffing off of former <em>American Idol</em> judge Paula Abdul’s 1988 hit, “Straight Up.” Singing the tune on camera seemed to bring out some interesting expressions on Cole’s grill, though.
