50 Cent is expanding his business empire into comic books, according to Long Island Press.

The G-Unit general, in conjunction with author Robert Greene, will reportedly release a comic book adaptation of their book The 50th Law, a New York Times bestseller that details the strategies necessary to achieve success.

SmarterComics, which combines the educational power of textbooks with the visual appeal and entertainment value of comic books, will release the comic book in 2012 via print and eBook.

SmarterComics CEO Franco Arda called The 50th Law “entertaining and educational” and said it’s a “perfect fit for the growing young adult book market, graphic novels in general and … eBook reading.” —Lauren Carter
