I don’t know where the hell you got your information from but it makes sense. The chances of you beating 9 charges on appeal is slim to none, unless it’s a case of extreme predjudice that somehow tainted the whole trial. When you get down to the nuts and bolts of max b’s defense, i think it would be difficult to convince the appealate courts that max b had no involvement at all (but who knows?). point is: it smart to try to minimize the conviction rather than making a vain attempt to get off scott free. A lot of ppl comment on Max B’s situation without really understanding the FACTS…Max B admitted to dealing with a female that made him aware of some dudes at a hotel that had about $30,000 cash in the room with them…Max B ALLEGEDLY helped mastermind a ROBBERY plan to get the money and go…But Max’s boy that was sent to do it, ended up killing the dude in the process…Max is appealing the murder and kidnapping because that is not what he intended to happen, the person he sent to do it was responsible for the murder, being that he took it upon himself to change the plan and kill the victim…Now to lower their time, the female Max dealt with and the so-called goon Max sent, ratted…Max is admitting that he is guilty of the robbery plan and is willing to take that charge but the murder and kidnapping, is an unfair charge being that he did not tell anyone to kidnap or kill anybody…Should he be doing time for what he is guilty for? ABSOLUTELY, but it’s understandable why he’s appealing the case to get some time taken off his sentence…He didn’t tell anyone to kidnap or kill anyone, so why is he being charged for it…THAT IS WHAT HE IS FIGHTING, HE’S NOT SAYING IS COMPLETELY INNOCENT…BUT NOT COMPLETELY GUILTY EITHER….
