Joe Budden Kicks Off Mini-Tour in DMV

Joe Budden is set to kick off a three day tour of the DMV in Norfolk, VA next week.

Beginning on July 5 and ending in Baltimore, MD on July 7, The Breakthrough Tour, sponsored by XXL, will also feature Panama, Chaz Money, JR Junior, The Kid Gashi and Pip Nyce.
