Lil Wayne has put his Miami mansion on the market for $12.9 million.

According to AOL Real Estate, the rap mogul is selling his 15,101-square-foot home on La Gorce Island, which he bought last year for a cool $14 million.

The three-level house contains nine bedrooms and nine full baths, with a two-story master suite that boasts  a glass elevator and two half-baths. The waterfront residence also lays claim to a three-car garage, swimming pool and guest house with three bedrooms.

"Celebrities as well as public figures who seek privacy are often attracted to La Gorce Island," area real estate agent Andre Shambley told AOL about the location.

Proceeds from the sale may help the superstar rapper pay off his tax debt. As previously reported, Weezy owes more than $5.6 million to the IRS.

"If you take into account recent home sales within the past 12 months on La Gorce Island, Lil Wayne's home is priced to sell," Shambley said. "My prediction is that with the tax lien that is now looming, a buyer is going to come make him an offer he can't refuse." —Lauren Carter
