Despite reports by tmz.com, Mack 10 will not be heading to court anytime soon.

The popular gossip site posted  a story earlier today (March 28), stating that the West Coast rapper was being sued by Rodger Cater—the man that operates The Dogghouse Studio in California—for failing to pay about $2,000 in unpaid studio time.

A rep for Mack told XXLMag.com that this suit is from a while back and has since been resolved. "Everything has been good with me and Mack 10," Carter said. "Matter of fact, he has been at work in my studio for over a month now. There are no issues between us."

Mack is currently prepping the release of his new collaborative album with fellow Cali rapper Glasses Malone. The disc, titled Money Music, is set for a April 12 release. —Elan Mancini
