50 Cent & De Niro Reunite for New Flick

50 Cent and Robert De Niro will be lighting up the big screen together once again.

According to the film insiders at deadline.com, the acting legend has signed on to star alongside Fif in the upcoming cop drama, Freelancers. Forest Whitaker is also in talks to join the cast.

As previously reported, the G-Unit Honcho will play the son of a late NYPD officer welcomed into the force by his father’s former partner, played by De Niro. Music video director turned filmmaker Jessy Terrero will direct the movie, written by Phillipe Cassius.

Deadline reports that the movie will begin shooting on April 12 in New Orleans, and not in Grand Rapids, Michigan as originally believed.

I saw a picture yesterday on line of Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro and Curtis (50 Cent) Jackson – possibly the three most gifted gentlemen on the planet. Mr. Jackson has amazingly beautiful teeth. He warms my heart.
