Police arrested six people at about 6 a.m. Saturday in connection to a shooting involving rap artist Waka Flocka on Feb. 16 at the Car Stereo Warehouse on E. Independence Boulevard.
Police charged Xavier Hoover, Andre Sellers, Antonio Stukes, David Bellamy, Antonie Washington and Berry Lawrence with robbery with a dangerous weapon and discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
Most of the suspects have lengthy criminal records in Mecklenburg County. Police sources told us the suspects planned on robbing Waka Flocka’s tour bus.

And folks give dudes like B.o.B., Kanye, 50, Jay, and Drake shit for going hip-pop. The type of music you create generates the kind of fans or people you interact with. And the crowd that Waka’s music generate are dudes that see hip-hop as the new crack hustle. Where niggas can get robbed or shot over bullshit beef or petty finances. And I don’t even hate Waka as a person. Just the effect he has in promoting dumbasses an excuse to commit violent or fucked up acts in the name of using hip-hop as a hustle.

Although Waka (or wacka as I like to call him) and his music sucks, death is a cold sentence I wouldn’t chill him or any other dude with.

But from the opposite angle…..

His music clearly has no aim and he waves the flag of violence all day in it. So when someone click-clacks over that soundtrack he provided, he has to accept some responsibility for that.
