XXLMag.com has confirmed with the Montgomery County Jail in Texas that Scarface is currently incarcerated for failure to pay child support in four separate cases.
A rep for the jail told XXL that ’Face is being held for incidents in Harris County, Montgomery County, Fort Bend County and the state of Missouri.
In addition he is being held for a federal case, in which the exact charges are unknown as of press time.
Facemob, who has been in custody since October 13, is being held without bail.

too bad…one of the greats for sure…mad classic albums, songs, prob 1 of the top 3 hiphop groups of all time, and just a legit legacy as the king of the south…hold ya head up face…hopefully you’ll get that bread, and deal with those c.support issues…
this also shows a larger scale issue that rappers CANNOT keep having children with so many women while they’re on the top of their game…because that money WILL NEVER last unless you’re jay-z or fifty cent (see NAS)…if you need to pay child support at +10k a month…you’re FUCKED…cause that shit will not get lowered easily, even though making that type of bread will NEVER last!!
I’m not going to tell you to “hold your head up”. You should of been taking care of your babies to begin with. Great emcee or not, that doesn’t give you a pass when it comes to children. I have no sympathy….. Only that another black man was too ignorant to take responsibility for his children. The children (if they’re his) are the real victims. But if they are his, I have no sympathy for FACE. Hip-hop is only one aspect of his life. His greater responsibility is to God and to the children God provided to him.
**On another note… I doubt that Child Support is the only issue here. Something is telling me that he is involved in some heavy ish. I won’t speculate. I only hope he didn’t try to bring those words in his notebook to reality….
No bail on a child support case? something else is in the books……….regardless , bruh should have been taking care of his kids.
