It took 10 weeks on the charts, but Nicki Minaj finally surpassed Kanye West in overall sales.

According to the Nielsen SoundScan report, released today (February 2), Minaj’s debut LP, Pink Friday, climbed six spots up The Billboard Top 200 to No. 3. The Young Money princess racked up 38,500 additional units in the last seven days, making her total tally equal 989,300.

Comparatively, Yeezy’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy fell to the No. 19 seat this week. Mr. West’s fifth solo album picked up 18,800 in sales this cycle, making his to-date stats stand at 980,900, after 10 weeks.

Three positions above ’Ye is Eminem’s Recovery. The Detroit-bred super star added 21,300 to his total numbers, which now sits at 3,510,500.

Debuting on the charts this week at No. 29 is Talib Kweli’s new digital only album, Gutter Rainbows. The disc pulled in 13,900 in sales in week one.

Rounding out the Top 40 is T.I. and Lil Wayne. Tip’s No Mercy holds it down at No. 31 with 13,800 CDs sold this week. Two spots down is Weezy’s I Am Not  A Human Being with 13,000 units. Overall No Mercy earned 395,000 while IANAHB garnered 717,500 in sales.
