Waka Flocka Flame is back in jail. The rapper surrendered to authorities yesterday (January 3) on drug and gun charges, stemming from a raid of his house last month.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Waka is currently being held on $31,950 bond. Along with the weapons and drug possession charges, he is also being kept for suspicion of criminal street gang activity and a probation violation from a 2006 incident--in which he pled guilty to possession of  sawed off shotgun.

Just last March, Flame he was also picked up for breaking his probation when he left Georgia for a concert.

In related news, Waka’s mentor Gucci Mane was also in his own legal trouble yesterday. XXLMag.com learned that a judge ordered the 1017 Brick Squad leader to spend the next 30 days in a mental treatment facility as he awaits his next court date for a probation violation at the end of the month. A probation officer said Gucci will likely be sentenced to a 17 months of jail time, during that date.
