Earlier today (December 16), TMZ mistakenly reported that Gucci Mane was arrested following a raid of his associate Waka Flocka Flame’s Atlanta house. XXLMag.com spoke to Major Jason Bolton from the Henry County Police Department who confirmed with us that neither Gooch nor Waka were cuffed or charged with any crime.

Yet, two men in the residence were brought in and charged with possession of marijuana. Johan Michael Antney, a relative of Flame, and Tyrell Raylon Mingo are currently in custody, while authorities are in the midst of charging a third man who’s name has not been released yet.

During the raid, which occurred at 7 a.m. this morning, Henry County Police Department’s CAGE (Criminal Apprehension and Gang Enforcement), discovered two firearms and a small amount of marijuana and prescription drugs. The firearms recovered were a Kel Tech .223 caliber sub gun, and a Taurus .40 caliber semi automatic.

Bolton told XXL that they obtained a warrant to search the house for suspicion of drugs and gang activity.

Flocka took to his Twitter account today to speak on the raid. "THE FOLKS JUST KICK MY DOOR N GOOD THING I LEFT FOR COURT LOL," he wrote. "N THEY FUCK MY WHOLE HOUSE UP TALKING BOUT THEY GOT A TIP ...... HELLO I FUCKING RAP .... NEXT TIME (PO PO) GET A BETTER TIP.”
