I ran into X atleast twice down here in Phoenix in the last 5 years, one at Metro Center and one at AM PM on 35th and Peoria, both times dude was all strung out and mad hyper active, cool to me none the less, but mad hyper.     I think XXL mistook the last interview as another “crazy” quote from X. He’s locked up so he’s calm, you can tell he’s not high like the street interview where he’s amped up. It’s not a a crazy quote, you can tell what he’s sayin’ is clear, because when he said the devil automatically the interviewer answered Joe Arpaio. I don’t think it’s so much just Arpaio he’s Talkin’ bout in general, but the whole system in that state. X thought he was gettin’ away from the craziness of the big city life, only to fall into the hands of a more racist system. I’ve been to Pheonix with my girl a couple times over the last year to visit her family. She got some ese cousins that put me up on Arpaio’s schemes, told me about bein’ locked up in the tents and the racial profilin’ in the city. Even the elderly people hate Arpaio and wish he would leave them alone.
