Well Vick just shot himself in the foot by failing a piss test he had to provide earlier in the month. Now he is on electronic monitoring from 10pm to 6am and has to be in his house under curfew during that time. He also will now have random drug testing done until his sentencing....AND must participate and PAY OUT HIS POCKET for substance abuse and mental therapy.


He won't even have a chance of returning to the NFL until 2010. Goodell doesn't have to make a ruling on this part alone for substance abuse policy violations until the 2008-2009 season.
